What we need from you

To turn your design into a branding iron we’ll need a functional vector file. Vector files are usually formatted as Ai. files, PDF. files, CDR. files or DWG. files. Note: Low Res JPG’s are not vector files and we cannot work with them.

Don’t have a vector file?

Luckily, if you cannot provide us with a vector file, we can redraw your design and create you a vector file for a small Artwork fee.

Sizing

The Process

Once your design is prepped, we engrave it into a soft buttery slab of graphite. Then we throw the graphite into a pool of oil and butt it up against your desired size of mild steel and the burning process begins. After the image is transferred to the stock, we pair it with one of our handles. Not sure what handle is right for you? Keep on reading.

Handles

Traditional Handles

Traditional handles are made for the purist. Constructed with the bare necessities (Steel Rod and a Wooden Handle), these branding Irons won’t disappoint. Apply some heat, and you’re ready to go.

We recommend using a high heat torch (Bernzomatic MAP//PRO). Propane does work, however, due to its lower burning temperature it will take some time to get it up to temp. So do yourself a favour and get yourself a high heat torch.

Electric Handles

Electric Handles are made to plug and play. Plug it in... wait till its nice and toasty and you’ll be ready to brand anything your burning heart desires.
